Esource is an Australian nationally represented company that provides Business & Sales Acceleration services to organizations in Australia and overseas. Our focus is “what can be done to accelerate business productivity through process and technology improvement, change management, user adoption and training”.

Originally focused in the “High Tech” sectors Esource now provides services to mainly top 1000 Organisations across the Australian and overseas market.

Our reputation is as a creative organisation that consultatively looks for the best way to achieve success for our clients. Esource also has a strong logistics department for co-ordination of projects that require a large number of resources. Our approach is highly customised to each of our clients' requirements.

RICHARD WEBBE, Director

Richard is a charismatic sales and marketing expert, with a passion for translating his 20 years of experience in the IT/Telecommunications industry into effective sales strategies for his customers. He is forward thinking and has a flair for drawing information together from a variety of technical, business and sales sources, and presenting it in an accessible and engaging way.

While originally a telecommunications and computer technical officer, Richard has worked extensively in Sales, Product Marketing and General Management for companies such as IBM, BHP, Retix Australia, Ungermann-Bass, Apple Australia and Telstra (Telecom Australia)

Richard founded Esource in 1997 in the UK, and has consulted widely both within Australia and overseas. Esource has worked with and trained over 5000 people in companies across the globe including Telstra, Optus, Cisco, British Telecom, Deustche Telecom, IBM Europe, Nokia, Uecomm, Vodaphone, Cable & Wireless and Singtel.

Richard has earned a strong reputation in the industry for effective sales consulting and training. He is known for combining a clear sales focus with superior technical knowledge, leadership and communication skills, to produce training that achieves consistently outstanding results.
